CALL FOR COMMENTS

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit comments and recommendations on the IRR of RA 10531 Amendments.

You may download the attached PDF file of the matrix containing the exact provisions of the IRR of RA 10531 to guide you in your submission.

Deadline of submission is on or before 29 September 2023 to be sent to the EPIMB with details as follows:

The Department of Energy is hereby requesting all interested parties to submit their comments and inputs on the draft Department Circular titled, “Revised Omnibus Guidelines Governing the Award and Administration of Renewable Energy Contracts and the Registration of Renewable Energy Developers”. The said draft DC contains the chapter specific to hydropower and ocean energy resources.

Kindly submit your comments and/or inputs to remb.hoemd@doe.gov.ph on or before 11 September 2023.
