With reference to DOE's Public Notices on the "Declaration of Remote and Unviable Areas Pursuant to Section 59 of the EPIRA and Rule 14 of Its Implementing Rules and Regulations" which were posted at DOE website on 25 April 2014, all interested parties including private entities, local government units, cooperatives and non-government organization are further advised that the deadline for submission of Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of electric service by Qualified Third Parties (QTPs) in the areas covered by the Public Notices below is on June 10, 2014, 5:00PM.
