Implementing Rules and Regulations of Executive Order No. 30, series of 2017, Creating the Energy Investment Coordinating Council in Order to Streamline the Regulatory Procedures Affecting Energy Projects
Pursuant to Section 5 of Executive Order No. (EO) 30 dated 28 June 2017 and consistent with Republic Act No. (RA) 7638, otherwise known as the "Department of Energy (DOE) Act of 1992," and RA 9136, otherwise known as the "Electric Power Industry Reform Act of 2001," the following rules and regulations are hereby promulgated and adopted:
