Pursuant to Section 36 of Republic Act (RA) No. 9513, Department of Energy (DOE) Department Circular (DC) No. DC2017-12-0015 dated 22 December 2017, DC No. DC2023-05-0015 and DC No. DC2023-05-0014 both dated 23 May 2023 (the DCs are hereinafter collectively referred to as the "RPS Rules").
