STEP 1

• Applicant shall send the Letter of Intent (LOI) via email thru the following e-mail address:
  • [email protected]; and
  • [email protected](Geothermal); or
  • [email protected](Hydropower)

STEP 2

• After submission of LOI, the applicant shall receive the following documents:
  • Order of Payment for Application Fee;
  • Pre-approved data request form; and
  • Transmittal / Data Use Agreement.
• Note: Processing of Data Request for your chosen PDA shall only commence upon receipt of proof of payment and properly filled-up and signed documents.

STEP 3

• Applicant to send properly signed and filled-up documents and proof of payment (send a copy [email protected])to the Energy Data Center of the Philippines (EDCP) via email at [email protected]
• The following are the documents expected by EDCP:
  • Validated payment transaction;
  • Signed Data Request Form; and
  • Signed Transmittal / Data-use Agreement

STEP 4

• EDCP shall send a download link to the Applicant with the following contents:
  • Copy of OCSP 3 Guidelines;
  • Technical Data; and
  • Technical Description of areas
