(Taguig City) In an effort to boost foreign investments in the energy sector, officials of the Department of Energy (DOE), lead by Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho Petilla, will attend a dialogue-symposium on energy in Tokyo, Japan from October 16 to 18, 2013.
