EXPLORING A CLEANER ENERGY RESOURCE:Energy Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi and Hydrogen Technology Inc. (HTI) President and CEO Yasuhiro Yamamoto signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to further study hydrogen as potential source of  fuel for power generation. The virtual signing was witnessed by both DOE and HTI key officials as well as the officials of the Japanese Embassy in Manila.
