ILOILO CONSUMERS: The breakout session on the Consumer Sector during the E-Power Mo event in Iloilo last Tuesday aimed to share with the participants power contingency planning, energy labeling guide for appliances and lighting products for more efficient electricity usage, human resource development and workforce planning for a nuclear power program, and petroleum product safety practices.  The E-Power Mo is the DOE's integrated information, education and communication campaign that aims to empower its stakeholders, most especially the consumers.
