SAFELY PROVIDING ENERGY SERVICES IN THE TIME OF COVID-19: The DOE receives an initial donation of 200 rapid test kits from the One Meralco Foundation (OMF), the corporate social responsibility arm of the Manila Electric Company (Meralco). 

OMF has pledged 10,000 RTKs to the DOE in support of the national governments Task Force T3 to help battle COVID-19.
