UNIFIED SOLUTION: Energy Secretary Alfonso G. Cusi said the three agencies must work together to come up with aligned and comprehensive solutions to stop fuel smuggling. “There is a need to reconcile and consolidate data and reports from the respective offices,” Secretary Cusi remarked. The DOE-Oil Industry Management Bureau, the BIR, and the BOC jointly drafted the agreements and expected outcomes stated in the MOA.
